KTH Energy Center (KTH-EC), known previously as the Center for Energy Conversion
Technologies, was established in 1999 in order to coordinate research and
educational activities in this vital area. The Center is now affiliated with the
School of Energy and Environmental Technology, thereby broadening its scope even
further.
KTH-EC allows direct access to over 200 professors, senior researchers and
postgraduate students who are engaged in a wide range of energy-related fields.
Combined annual turnover is 200 MSEK and the value of current test equipment and
instrumentation exceeds 100 MSEK.
