Energy Systems Engineering, Economics, and Data Analytics
The KTH ENSEED team has the main focus on Techno-economic analysis of Energy Systems in Buildings and cities within both education and research. At city scale, the team works on complex system analysis and modelling to develop the energy systems for the future cities and districts. “Smart and Sustainable Cities” projects in Japan, China and India are the examples of the projects that ENSEED has been working in the recent years. At Building level, the team has a particular focus on system dynamics and integration, energy economics, and intelligent control and management of energy systems in the built-environment.
