High level seminar on the EU Energy Union in the Polish Embassy in Sweden

Professor Mark Howells was privileged to chair a lively seminar  hosted by the Polish embassy in Sweden. It was entitled "Towards an Energy Union: Concept, Expectations, Constraints Are We on Track to Deliver on the Ambitions?" Bringing together high-level representatives of national and European institutions, authorities and research centres, the discussions focused on the progress that has been made and further efforts needed to achieve a resilient Energy Union.
