International workshop at Argonne National Laboratory

KTH dESA professors Mark Howells and Holger Rogner instruct delegates from around the world on how to move from Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDCs) to NDCs that will result in national actions and global GHG mitigation efforts. The effort requires careful systems modelling to understand what shape the NDCs might take, and what commitments need to be qualified as conditional. The course was arranged by Argonne National Laboratory and the IAEA.
