Mark Howells, Professor and director of the division of Energy Systems Analysis (KTH-dESA) was made editor and chief of the Elsevier Journal, Energy Strategy Reviews (ESR). Mark bring experience from enguagements with academia, industry, the EC and the United Nations. Aided by an oustanding editorial board the aim is to bring high quality research that investigates the intersection between Technology, Policy, Economics and Geo-Politics with medium to long term energy strategies.
