New dESA member

Nandi Moksnes joins the KTH-dESA team. Nandi is to work on developing thousands of scenarios for the World Bank's infrastructure outlook for South America. Nandi kindly developed the OSeMOSYS manual and an oustanding MSc thesis focusing on CLEWs and the electrification of Kenya. Her background includes high level industrial work at Ericsson.
