New version of OSeMOSYS to be published

New short and long version of the code
The new OSeMOSYS website will feature new short and long versions of the code, updated with two main modifications: the first one will allow an easier accounting of the target for the minimum renewable generation, while the second one will allow an improved representation of storage. In addition, an updated version of the training case study UTOPIA will be available, including the explanation of all the parameters for first-time users.
