OSeMOSYS now available in GAMS and Python

The two new versions were recently added onto the OSeMOSYS  GitHub Repository , together with test case studies compatible with them. They will be regularly updated and kept in line with the latest available version of OSeMOSYS GNU MathProg. The invitation is open to the whole community to contribute to this effort. On one hand, the scope of OSeMOSYS remains offering a straightforward engagement modelling tool for any user, expert or non-expert linear programmer; therefore, every development will always be available and well-documented in GNU MathProg. On the other side, the parallel versions in GAMS and Python are meant to engage the wide community of proficient GAMS and Python users and programmers, make OSeMOSYS comparable and open it to further contributions. The reviewed contributions shall be translated into GNU MathProg as far as possible. Suggestions, edits and developments for each version are invited through pull requests on the GitHub Repository.
