SE4All MathProg Challenge solved

A new version of OSeMOSYS is now available on the GitHub repository , with matrix generation time reduced by orders of magnitude. Such version, classified as beta ( OSeMOSYS_beta_2017_01_23 ), as currently undergoing few final tests, was developed by Jonas Hörsch from the Frankfurt Institute for Advanced Studies. It was submitted as the winning solution of the SE4All MathProg Challenge launched by Unite Ideas and closed on December 16th, 2016, in collaboration with KTH-dESA. Through this new version, the matrix of the pan-African model TEMBA is reduced from around 15 hours to few minutes.
